Recorders' Forum Events

A Recorders' Forum event has been held annually in Gwent since 2000 and in Glamorgan since 2003. Since 2004, SEWBReC has taken on the running of these events, and in 2007 our first Biodiversity Blitz event was run in addition to the Fora. SEWBReC have produced an annual newsletter for the Gwent recording community since 2005, and in October 2008, the first joint Gwent-Glamorgan Recorders' Newsletter was produced.

For details of upcoming events, please check our events calendar. The 2013 Gwent Forum is on Sat 9th Feb, and the Glamorgan Forum is on Sat 16th Feb.

The Fora are generally held in January or February, and Biodiversity Blitz events during the summer months.

All these events are open to anyone with an interest in biological recording. Please contact SEWBReC for further information, if you wish to be added to the Recorders' Forum mailing list, or if you wish to submit an article for use in the Recorders' Newsletter.
