SEWBReC Biodiversity Blitz Days

Biodiversity Blitz Days are organised by SEWBReC and aim to gather recorders of an array of taxa at one site for a day to record as many species as possible! Venues are selected which are currently under-recorded and/or that may not usually be accessible to the general public. These events are free and are open to anyone with an interest in biological recording.

The first Biodiversity Blitz Day was held in 2007 at Cwm-du, Blaenserchan Colliery. This year we organised another event in Gwent and also our first Glamorgan Blitz Day. Details of all these events can be found below.
